My favorite kind of grapes come by the bottle. Although I am no wine connoisseur I like to experiment with my own tastings and pairings. When I try a new wine, I always rate it(1-5 grapes) and make a note of the foods it goes best with.

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
I attemped Crock-pot Spinach and Artichoke Dip to jazz up, yet another, pasta dinner. It actually turned out great, my son and husband loves it and we even saved it and used for breadsticks and pizza crust the following night. I took a couple different recipes and combined them...
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 package frozen spinach (thawed and cooked)
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 onion (or shallots)
Mozzarella Cheese
In a food processor, chop onion. Then combine with cooked spinach and cream cheese. Blend through. Add artichoke hearts and pulse chop, I added some of the juice, if not you might want to add a dash of lemon juice. Pour mixture into the crock pot and top with shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook on Low for 1-2 hours.
Yum!
